Strengthening Care: Supporting Mothers and Children at St. Anthony’s Clinic
Each morning at St. Anthony’s Clinic in Brookfields, Freetown, women and children are already waiting for care. Nursing Officer in Charge Anita Ganda and her team serve roughly 32,900 people across 16 communities. With donated medicines, nutrition support and clinical training from HIRF, they now handle more cases themselves instead of referring them to larger hospitals.
