Vicki Middleton

Vicki Middleton joined HealeyIRF in February 2015 as Government Relations Officer after a successful 30-year career in the United States Congress, serving as Chief of Staff to Rep. Duncan L. Hunter (CA-52) and his successor Rep. Duncan D. Hunter (CA-50). During her tenure on the Hill, Vicki managed the Washington D.C. and San Diego offices, as well as being responsible for a variety of issues, including national security, maritime policy and veteran affairs. She has traveled extensively throughout Africa and served as an Election Observer during the 2011 Presidential elections in Nigeria.
