Leigh Healey Hughes

Mrs. Hughes is a Washington D.C.-based business consultant and the President of Seraphim Ventures LLC. She is an active member of NextGen Venture Partners D.C. Chapter, a network-driven venture firm. Mrs. Hughes is an alumnus of Merion Mercy Academy (2004), Georgetown University School of Foreign Service (2008) and University of Maryland Smith School of Business (2012), where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Foreign Service and a Masters in Business Administration, respectively. She has resided in Egypt, Turkey, and Ecuador and currently lives in Washington, D.C., with her husband who works for the U.S. State Department. Mrs. Hughes visited Sierra Leone in March 2013 and has been a board member of the Healey International Relief Foundation since August 2015.
