FINANCE & COMPLIANCE MANAGER
Cedric Rosenior joined Healey International Relief Foundation in September 2025, bringing more than two decades of experience in financial management, operations, and organizational compliance across international NGOs and private-sector organizations in Sierra Leone. He has held key roles supporting financial strategy, grant management, procurement, human resources, and logistical operations with organizations including Population Services International, the Business Development Initiative, International Rescue Committee, the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health/USAID Project, among others.
Cedric holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (Accounting), a professional qualification as a Member of the Association of Accounting Technicians (MAAT London), and certificates in Auditing, Financial Control, and Logistics and Financial Management. He is currently pursuing ACCA certification and a Master of Business Administration with a focus on International Business and Finance.
