Please Help Sierra Leone Flood and Mudslide Victims
Recent rains have caused severe flooding in Freetown and a mudslide in the Regent area has left over 500 dead, including many children. More than 8,000 are homeless and in need of basic assistance — food, shelter and psychosocial support. With our in-country partner, Caritas-Freetown, we are on the ground providing this support — to date providing over 3,000 meals and basic healthcare to almost 1,400. In order to continue our efforts in the coming weeks we need your help. Please consider helping these flood and mudslide victims by donating today. Your contribution will provide food and the resources necessary to deploy our mobile clinic to meet healthcare needs. In addition, your generous donation will be matched dollar for dollar by one of our long term donors.
